CN Tower
As one of Canada’s most recognizable symbols, and a defining point in the Toronto skyline, the CN Tower is an internationally renowned architectural triumph. Steam Whistle Brewing
Steam Whistle Brewing is a brewery in downtown Toronto that produces only one beer—a premium pilsner, but they do it “really really well,” as the brewers say. It is one of the only remaining Pilsners in the world that still adheres to the strict standards of the Bavarian Purity Act of 1516. Noblemen of the time decreed that only water, barley, hops, and yeast may be used to brew beer. Grab a brewski in one of their iconic green bottles and enjoy great views of the nearby CN Tower.

Hockey Hall of Fame
Celebrate Canada’s national pastime at the Hockey Hall of Fame. While you’re there, go one-on-one against animated life-size versions of some of today’s greatest goalies and shooters; get up close and personal with the Stanley cup; and check out a bunch of other hockey-themed exhibits like a life-size replica of a pro locker room. Pay tribute in this massive space to the Canadians who invented the great sport of ice hockey that has been adopted by more than 70 countries.

Toronto Island
Just a 15 minute ferry ride from downtown, the Toronto Islands, also known as the “Island,” has plenty of activities for people of all ages. Enjoy beaches, picnic areas, award-winning gardens, paddleboats, kayaking, and even an amusement park! St. Lawrence Market
Eat your way through the historic St. Lawrence Market, a food market located in Toronto’s Old Town. Since 1803, the market has been offering up a vast array of fresh produce, baked goods, sausages, jams, cheeses, and more. More than 120 vendors set up shop daily, spread out across two floors, so there’s no lack of things to try. One thing to not miss when you’re here is Toronto’s iconic Peameal Bacon sandwich at Carousel Bakery—a stack of thick cut bacon coated in peameal (also known as cornmeal) on a Kaiser bun that is oh-so-mouthwateringly good.

Royal Ontario Museum
The Royal Ontario Museum is Canada’s largest museum of natural history and world cultures with more than 6 million objects on display. Give yourself at least a couple of hours to wander and see everything from dinosaur exhibits to mummies to tattoo art. If you have the time, check out Friday Night Live at the museum for dancing, live artists, food and drink, and of course exploring the galleries.

Rogers Centre
Cheer on the Blue Jays, Canada’s only Major League Baseball team, at Rogers Centre. It has the world’s first fully retractable stadium roof so you can cheer on the players rain or shine. The stadium also hosts big-name concerts and events like Disney on Ice and monster truck rallies.
